摘要
本文简要地阐述了利用超声波对液压管路内压力从管外进行测试的原理,叙述了对原理所做的验证实验,通过应用实例进一步证明了这种方法的可行及其具有的实用价值。 本文所论及的方法,提出了液压检测技术中对压力测量的一条新途径,补充了从管外进行压力测量的一种方法,为液压故障诊断提供了简便手段。
This article describes concisely testing principle of hydraulic pipeline internal pressure outside of pipe using ultrasonic wave. It states the method has feasibility and really applied value by practical example.
The method expounded in the article starts a new way of pressure measurement in hydraulic detection technique, and fills a gap in pressure measuring technique outside of pipe and provides simple and convenient means for hydraulic failure diagnosis.
