摘要
针对某型旋叶式压缩机的排气过程进行研究,基于旋叶式压缩机的工作循环为一个理论循环的假设建立了其工作过程的一个数学模型,并采用有限体积法通过CFD(计算流体力学)软件Fluent对该压缩机的排气基元进行了模拟仿真。最后通过数值计算值、实验值[4]和仿真结果相对比,验证了该模型和方法在旋叶式压缩机的研究中的正确性和有效性。
In this paper,the author discussed the exhausting process of a rotary vane compressor.The modle is established on the suppose the working process is a theoretical cycle.Based on the modle,the exhausting process was simulated through the Fluent software by the the finite volume method.The end,comparing numerical results,laboratory result and simulation result shows that the modle and the method is correctness and effectiveness on researching the rotary vane compressor.
