彩色多普勒血流分级与乳腺浸润性导管癌分化程度的相关研究

摘要 目的:探讨彩色多普勒血流(CDFI)分级与乳腺浸润性导管癌(Invasive Ductal Carcinoma,IDC)分化程度的相关性。方法:81例IDC行二维超声、彩色多普勒血流显像检查,经病理确诊后,回顾分析彩色血流分级与乳腺肿瘤组织学分级的关系。结果:①肿块形态不规则、毛剌边缘、微钙化、小分叶、强回声晕、衰减等为IDC经典声像图特征。②肿瘤分化程度越差,血流的检出率和血流分级越高,分化程度越高,血流检出率和血流分级越低,其差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③肿瘤越大血流越丰富。结论:二维超声、彩色多普勒血流诊断IDC有举足轻重的作用,IDC分化程度与血流分级呈相关性,恶性程度越高血流越丰富。
