摘要
硬泡聚氨酯(PUR)材料是一种将保温和防水功能结合于一体的新型合成高分子材料,它具有导热系数低,与基面粘结性好等优点。PUR材料在屋面上应用时,采用先进的喷涂设备连续喷涂成型,施工中要注意控制作业条件、监理检查点和常见质量通病。施工后实施严格的质量验收,以及做好维护管理工作。此施工工艺简便,适用于很多复杂屋面,且施工部位整体性、密封性好,效率高。
Rigid foam polyurethane （PUR） material is a kind of new integrative polymeric material with thermal retardation, heat insulation and waterproofing functions. The new material has favorable heat engineering performance, low coefficient of heat conductivity and reliable cohesiveness on substrate. Advanced spraying equipments are adopted for continuous spraying process, which is simple, convenient and available on any kind of complicated roof. The constructed position has favorable integrity, reliable air-tightness and high efficiency and favorable effects have been achieved in the application.
