水下激光成像距离选通同步控制电路设计

Design of range-gated synchronization control circuit for underwater laser imaging

摘要 在水下激光成像系统中,由于复杂的水下环境对激光传输的影响较大,为了更加有效地实现距离选通功能,该同步控制电路的设计选用高性能的Altera Stratix III系列的FPGA。电路分为距离延迟和门延迟2个模块,创新地将激光测距思想加入距离延迟模块中,解决距离延迟时间较难精确获取的问题,并且在考虑各种延迟的情况下输出精确的选通脉冲。仿真结果表明,距离延迟时间和ICCD门延迟时间可精确到2 ns,误差最大为1 ns。 In the underwater laser imaging system,because of the complicated underwater environment has a greater impact on the laser transmission,in order to more effectively achieve the range-gated function,the high-performance Ahera Stratix III series of FPGA chips is used in the synchronization control circuit design. The circuit is divided into range delay module and gate delay module,to solve the problem of more difficult to obtain range delay accurately,the innovative idea of laser ranging is added into range delay module, and the precious gating pulses are output by considering many kinds of delays. The simulation results show that rang delay time and ICCD gating delay time can be accurate to 2ns,the error is up to lns.
