摘要
体育行为的流行现象，是全社会体育发展气候图象的一个侧面。观察到各种体育行为的流行现状，也就看到了体育发展的大致脉络;研究体育行为流行的本质、过程，也就是在帮助我们了解体育发展的机制，以促进人们的体育行为选择，并加以控制和调整。
The prevalence phenomenon of sports behaviors is one of the aspects of sport development in the whole society. By observing the current situation of different sports behaviors, an overall picture of sport development can be seen approximately. Studying the nature and process of the prevalence of sports behaviors is to help us understand the mechanism of sport development in order to promote the choice of sports behaviors and to control and adjust them.
