摘要
通过分析胰岛素样生长因子-I(IGF-I)的生物学特性、运动对IGF-I的影响及IGF-I与运动能力的关系,指出系统、深入地研究IGF-I等生长因子,可进一步阐明运动导致骨骼肌、心肌肥大等机制。
