摘要
目的:了解护生在实习前的心理状况,帮助她们减轻心理负担。方法:采用问卷调查法对护生进行心理调查,并分析相关因素。结果:大多数(54.8%)护生在实习前对理论知识掌握一般,绝大多数(90.3%)的护生都对实习有不同程度、不同方面的心理担忧。结论:通过加强实习前教育、技能训练以及心理指导,可以帮助护生树立自信心,培养良好的人际关系,更好地完成实习任务。
Objective To understand the psychology of nursing students before clinical practice, and help them alleviate psychological burden. Methods A questionnaire survey method for psychological investigation and relevant factors analysis. Results Most （54.8%） of nursing students mastered the theoretical knowledge generally, and majority （90.3%） of nursing students had anxiety in different levels and aspects. Conclusion Through strengthening education, skills training and psychological guidance, we can help nursing students foster self-confidence, develop good interpersonal relationships, and complete internship training mission better.
