摘要
都市圈研究是目前区域经济领域研究的一个热点。为了有效支持都市圈研究,提出建设都市圈研究基础信息平台的方案。平台综合利用元数据、XML、定制模板和.NET与MATLAB混合编程等技术实现从数据源抽取数据、表达与存取多维统计数据、动态增添统计指标项、支持在线计算研究成果等功能模块。通过初步试运行,表明该平台能有效地支持都市圈领域的研究和决策。
Metropolitan region is an significant regional pattern of the modern socio-economic development process, is the inevitable result of the urbanization process. At present Metropolitan Region research is a hot field, which is concerned not only by academic researchers in regional economics, but also by the central and local government. In support of Metropolitan Regions research, this paper proposes the program of fundamental information platform of Metropolitan Regions. Firstly, the authors design the scheme which can be used to extract information from data source by Metadata. Secondly, the access mechanism is made to express and access to multi dimensional statistical data with eXtensible Markup Language （XML）. Furthermore, the authors present an effective method which utilize the template customizing process to append the items of statistical data dynamically. Finally, mixed-programming technology, which means programming with visual studio. NET and Matlab together, is used to support the online calculation of research results. The platform has been built with the fundamental database, data processing modules, system management modules, external interface modules, etc. In the preliminary test, the platform could support the research and decision-making in Metropolitan Regions field effectively.
