摘要
着眼于当前学术界有关图书馆危机管理研究的热点问题,将西部地区公共图书馆作为危机管理研究的重要对象,以影响西部地区公共图书馆生存与发展的内在因素和外在表象为依据,从政府重视程度、管理体制、用户需求等多方面进行探讨,逐一找出学术界有关危机管理理念的欠缺,并就西部地区公共图书馆现存的危机现象,阐释产生危机的根源,提出解决危机的三种思路。
This paper focuses on the crisis management, one of the most important issues in current library management research community in public libraries in western regions. After a close study of internal factors and external appearance concerning the public library survival and development from the perspective of attention from the government, management in place and the users demands. The paper highlights the lack of crisis management in academic community, the crisis existed and the causations. Finally, a feasible solution to the crisis is proposed.
