摘要
立场是评价的基点,决定认知视角和价值参照系、评价目的、评价内容和指标。按立场可把图书馆评价分为基于用户立场的评价、基于图书馆自身立场的评价和基于第三方立场的评价。从不同立场评价图书馆可以很好地解释用户、图书馆、第三方存在的分歧和差异,了解各方关注的重点,从而帮助图书馆更加全面客观地认识所从事的事业,推动图书馆事业健康发展。
Standpoint is starting point of the evaluation, and determines the cognitive perspective, values, purposes, criteria and contents of the evaluation. By standpoint, the evaluations could be classified into three major categories: evaluations from user standpoint, evaluations from the library standpoint and evaluations from the third-party standpoint. This kind of classification well explains the discrepancies in the perception and evaluation of libraries among the users, the library and the third-party, and will help the libraries learn the major concerns of different parties which will get the libraies a comprehensive and objective understanding of what they do, therefore to promote their development healthily.
