摘要
产业集群作为一种社会化大生产的组织模式,已成为一种世界性的经济现象,也成为一个国家和地区经济持续增长的核心增长极。标准化是新型工业化的基础,标准化的滞后必然影响产业集群的科学发展。文章对湖南产业集群发展在标准化领域中存在的问题进行了分析,认为实施标准化战略可以促进集群在技术上层面的协调,优化集群产业结构,加快产业链的延伸,提升产业集群的竞争力。
As one kind of socialized production, the industrial colony is a worldwide economic phenomena. It also becomes a national and local economy sustained growth core. The standardization is the foundation of the new industrialization, and the lag in the standardization affects the scientific development in industrial colony. This article analyzes the problems in Hunan industry colony standardization, and states that the implementation standardization might promote colony technically and might optimize colony industrial structure, speed up industrial chains＇ extending, and the competitiveness of the industry colony.
