摘要
针对制药工程专业实验的特点,在实验中采用试验设计方法。介绍Box-Behnken方法的操作步骤,讨论响应曲面试验设计对培养学生的实践和创新能力的意义。
Aiming at the characteristic of experiments, experimental design is used in pharmaceutical engineering speciality. The steps for conducting Box-Behnken experimental design are introduced. The objective and significance for practice and innovation talents training are discussed by adopting response surface methodology.
