摘要
药物制剂稳定性实验作为药剂学重要实验之一,对于学生理解稳定性相关知识具有重要的指导意义。但是,被大多数药学院校作为该实验模型药物的维生素C和青霉素G钾盐在实验中存在一定的缺陷。笔者根据相关文献和实验,证明采用替莫唑胺作为模型药物用于学生药物制剂稳定性实验,时间短、安全性好、可操作性强,适合学生教学实验。
As one of the important pharmacy experiments, drug stability test is instructive and meaningful for students to understand the knowledge of drug stability. Vitamin C and penicillin, which were chosen as the model drug of drug stability experiment by most pharmacy schools,have some defects. Therefore, the authors select Temozolomide as an alternative medicine accordance with the relevant references and experimental results. The results proved that Temozolomide was a more appropriate model drug for students＇ pharmaceutical stability test because the experiment is time-short,safe and operability-good.
