制药工程是药学和工程学交叉结合的一门综合性和实践性很强的学科,教师的科研背景对于促进师资队伍建设,丰富教学内容,激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生科研能力有积极的作用。教师应以教学为基础,以科研求发展,不断提高科研能力,处理好教学与科研的关系。
Pharmaceutical engineering is a combination of pharmacy and Engineering. It is a very comprehensive and practical course. The teacher＇s scientific background plays important role on promoting the construction of teaching staff, enriching content of courses, arousing students＇ learning interest, and improving students＇ scientific research ability. Teachers should base themselves on teaching and develop through research. They should improve their capability of research and deal well with the relationship of teaching and research.
