摘要
针对现阶段毕业生就业难状况,对本院2009届药学、制药工程专业毕业生进行调查。问卷设置准备情况、择业因素、就业期望、就业指导等四个方面,从学校、社会、大学生自身等因素探讨就业率下降的原因,提出解决大学生就业难的具体对策,为解决大学生就业问题提供参考。
The graduate employment problem in pharmacy colleges has become more and more troublesome. The paper based on concrete behavior of graduate problem, and a questionnaire of emloyability was carried out from 2009 undergraduates in pharmacy and pharmacy engineering specialty of Chemical and Pharmacy College of Jiamusi University. The questionnaire that consists of occupational preparation ,occupational option, occupational expectation and employ- ment instruction, explores the reason of lower employment from society, university and student oneself. The feasible is proposed in this article to provide reference for solving undergraduate employment issues.
