摘要
长株潭城市群作为国内六大综合配套改革试验区之一,其"两型社会"建设基础相对薄弱。在借鉴上海浦东、天津滨海、成渝、武汉、深圳综合配套改革实验区发展模式的先进经验基础上,长株潭必须立足于现在的经济发展现状、地理位置、资源和环境状况等自身特点,走一条以要素质量为核心、推动产业转型和空间集聚的长株潭"两型社会"建设的特色发展之路。
There are six experimental areas for comprehensive reform in China, that is Pudong in Shanghai, Binhai in Tianjin, Chengdu - Chongqing, Wuhan, Chang- Zhu -Tan city group, and Shenzhen. Based on the compare of the economic development status and development model of the other five areas, and on the analysis of Chang - Zhu - Tan＇ s characteristics of economic development status, geographic position, resources and environment conditions, this article puts forward to a new distinguishing developing model for Chang - Zhu - Tan experimental area, that is, putting the factors of production quality as the core, accelerating the industry transformation and promoting the industrial spatial aggtomeration.
