先天梅毒是妊娠合并梅毒的严重后果之一,其诊断和治疗方案的选择需要考虑生母的血清学状态,治疗情况及新生儿的临床表现等情况综合做出判断。
Congenital syphilis is a serious adverse outcome of syphilis in pregnancy. For the diagnosis and selection of treatment modules, we need to take into consideration the serological status as well as the treatment situation of the mother, and the clinical manifestations of neonatal.
