骨质疏松致椎体压缩性骨折PVP治疗中CPC填充物的应用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 经皮椎体成形术(PVP)可增加椎体强度、解除疼痛,在脊柱疾病治疗中有着广泛的应用,临床研究已证实采用磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)作为骨填充物是种安全、可靠、生物相容性高的替代材料。但单纯CPC作骨填充物仍不理想,文章从现阶段磷酸钙骨水泥的临床应用出发,总结分析出磷酸钙骨水泥的常用方式及最新的改性研究进展,以期为临床应用提供参考。 Percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) is used to increase vertebral strength and relieve the pain. This treatment of spinal diseases is in a wide range of applications. Clinical studies have proved that the calcium phosphate cement (CPC) as substitute materials of bone is safe, reliable, and high biocompatibility. However, CPC is not ideal simply as a filler. The article analysed the CPC in clinical application recently to CPC's regular use and latest modified approach for the sake of giving advice on the clinic practice.
