摘要
目的:观察脉冲磁场对去势大鼠血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)变化规律及骨髓源性破骨样细胞(OLC)形成的影响。方法:3月龄Wistar雌性大白鼠18只,分为A组(伪去势组)、B组(双卵巢切除+脉冲电磁场治疗组)和C组(双卵巢切除组)。B组置电磁场仪处进行治疗3个月。眼眶取血测ALP,并对骨髓细胞进行培养,2周后对培养细胞进行抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)染色并计数。结果:C组ALP值与A组及B组比较有明显升高(P<0.05),B组ALP值与A组比较虽有差别,但无统计学意义。破骨细胞计数C组与A组比较有显著差异(P<0.01),C组与B组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:脉冲电磁场能使去势大鼠血清ALP水平降低和骨髓体外培养破骨细胞形成减少。
Objective: To study the effect of pulsed electromagnetic fields(PEMs) on the changes of serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP) level and the formation of bone marrow osteoclast-like cells cultured in vitro in ovariectomized(OVX) rats.Methods: Eighteen three-month-old female Wistar rats were divided randomly into group A(sham operation),group B(OVX + PEMs) and group C(OVX only).The rats in group B were exposed to PEMs for 3 months.The blood was obtained from their eyes,and the serum ALP was detected.The bone marrow of rats was cultured after 3 months of operation.After 2 weeks of exposure,in order to observe the changes of osteoclasts and count their numbers,the cells were stained with tartrate-resistance acid phosphatase(TRAP) method.Results: The serum ALP levels in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and B(P〈0.05).There was no significant differences in the serum ALP levels between group A and B(P〉0.05).The number of osteoclasts in group C was significantly higher than that in group A(P〈0.01) and group B(P〈0.05).Conclusion: The PEMs can decrease the serum ALP level and reduce the formation of bone marrow osteoclasts cultured in vitro in ovariectomized rats.
