摘要
目的:通过舒适护理的应用,减轻ICU机械通气患者的不适感。方法:对3年89例入住ICU机械通气患者易出现的症状实施舒适护理。结果:89例在生理、心理、社会及灵魂四个方面得到改善,随访满意率达到96.55%。结论:舒适护理模式在高海拔地区ICU机械通气患者中应用不仅提高ICU护士综合能力,也提高ICU护理服务质量,体现了以患者为中心、人文护理的理念。
Objective： To relieve the discomfort of patients treated by mechanical ventilation by application of comfort care model in intensive care unit（ICU）.Methods： The comfort care was performed in 89 patients treated by mechanical ventilation in ICU.Results： All indexes of physiology,psychology,society and soul were improved in all of the 89 patients.The satisfaction rate was 96.55% during the follow-up period.Conclusion： Application of comfort care model in patients treated by mechanical ventilation at high altitude can increase the mixed ability of ICU nurses,improve the quality of nursing service,and reflect the patient-centered and humanistic nursing concept.
