摘要
目的:探索一种建立精确翼内肌、翼外肌三维数字化模型的方法.方法:选择1具合适的尸体头颅标本,采用64排螺旋CT扫描仪实行全头颅连续薄层CT容积扫描,通过Mimics软件对层厚为0.625 mm的CT断层影像进行分析处理,再使用FreeFrom自由造型系统进行修正.结果:利用CT数据,在Mimics 10.01软件和FreeFrom自由造型系统中建立了翼内肌、翼外肌的具有比较清晰解剖学形态三维数字化模型.结论:重建获得的翼内肌、翼外肌三维数字化模型,有较高的真实性和精确度,可以进行在体的形态结构测量,有利于进一步活体解剖学形态和功能的研究,并为软组织的生物力学研究奠定基础.
Objective: To develop a method in establishing accurate three-dimensional digital model of medial pterygoid and lateral pterygoid in man. Methods: A series of 0. 625 mm sequential sectional images were obtained from 64-row spiral CT scans in an intact cadaver head and the data was reserved as Dieom format. The 3D digital model of medial pterygoid and lateral pterygoid was constructed by the combination of software Mimics 10. 01 and Freeform system. Results: The 3D digital model owned to detailed anatomical structure of medial pterygoid and lateral pterygoid, which could simulate the natural condition. Conclusion: The 3D digital model of medial pterygoid and lateral pterygoid is feasible and reliable, by which we can observe and measure the morphology of organ and tissue in vivo. With the development of the model, it is beneficial to study both morphology and physiological functions of the soft tissue, and can be used in biomeehanical analysis at the same time.
