摘要
从石河子地区棉花根际土壤中采集土样36份,经室内分离、纯化后获得生长数量占优势的菌株各108个(细菌、放线菌、霉菌)共计324个,对棉花立枯病的病原菌进行平板双培养法拮抗测定,共筛选出100个有拮抗活性的菌株,对之进行筛选、比较后,选出拮抗活性较强的9个菌株进行盆栽试验。
