摘要
分析了综合电力系统特殊运行特性对基于传统时间电流原则设计的继电保护方案的不利影响。针对这些不利影响,提出了通过设置限流器限制短路电流来增强传统继电保护方案的选择性。为了验证该方法的可行性,以双机并网运行的综合电力系统电力网络为研究主体,建立了基于电磁暂态分析仿真平台PSCAD/EMTDC的含限流器仿真模型的仿真电路,并选取输电网若干典型故障点进行了短路电流仿真计算和分析。算例结果证明了该方法的有效性。
The disadvantages of the time-current value principle are exposed because of the special running characteristics of the integrated power system(IPS).Aiming at it,a relay protection method has been put forward which use the FLC to improve the selectivity.To verify the feasibility,it is proposed in this paper to consider the two-generator parallel-running IPS as the main object and build a simulation circuit including the FCL simulation module based on the electromagnetism transient analyze tool PSCAD/EMTDC,then choose several typical fault for calculating and analyzing.The correctness of the method has been validated.
