构建高职护理专业毕业生质量评价指标体系的初步研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的构建一套科学、实用和完整的高职护理专业毕业生质量评价指标体系,以提高高职护理专业学生的质量。方法根据高职护理专业学生的培养目的、培养模式,以及用人单位对护理专业毕业生的质量要求,应用文献资料法、理论分析法等对高职护理专业毕业生质量要素及内涵进行分析,拟定评价指标体系的基本框架。采用德尔菲法(Delfhi)组织3轮专家咨询,确定了指标体系的结构和各指标的权重。结果构建了由思想政治素质、职业能力素质、身心素质3项一级指标、10项二级指标、33项三级指标的高职护理专业毕业生质量评价指标体系。结论新的指标体系体现了护理专业职业教育的特点,为评价高职护理专业毕业生的质量提供了依据。 Objective To construct a scientific,practical and complete quality evaluation index system for vocational nursing graduates in order to improve nursing students' comprehensive quality. Methods According to training objective,training models and the employing units' quality requirements for nursing graduates,the quality elements and implications of vocational nursing students were analyzed by the methods of documents and data,theoretical analysis and othe['s,and the basic framework of quality evaluation index system was developed. The structure of index system and index weights was determined by a Delphi study of three rounds of expert consultation. Results A new quality evaluation index system for vocational nursing graduates was constructed including 3 first class indicators, 10 secondary class indicators and 33 third class indicators. Conclusion The new index system reflects the characteristics of vocational nursing education,and it provides reliable basis for evaluating the quality of vocational nursing graduates.
