摘要
目的:观察运脾化痰方加减治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:将60例肥胖型PCOS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予运脾化痰方加减,对照组服用二甲双胍,均治疗3个月。观察治疗后月经改善情况,性激素水平、体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)及糖脂代谢指标变化。结果:治疗后治疗组月经改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),患者促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)均显著下降(P<0.01),BMI、WHR、稳态模型指数(HOMA-IR)、总胆固醇(TC)明显下降(P<0.05),其中睾酮下降情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运脾化痰方加减能很好地改善肥胖型PCOS患者月经情况及性激素水平,有效调节糖脂代谢。
Objective：To investigate the effects of modified Yunpi Huatan Decoction on obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）.Methods：60 Cases of PCOS were divided into treatment group with 30 patients and control group with 30 patients randomly.Treatment group was given modified Yunpi Huatan Decoction and the control group was given Metformin.Both had treatment period of three months.To observe the improving of menstruation,level of hormone,BMI,WHR and index change of glucose and lipid metabolism.Results：After three months,treatment group was superior to the control group in improving menstruation（P〈0.05）.The value of LH,T,FINS,LDL declined significantly（P〈0.01）.BMI,WHR,HOMA-IR and TC declined apparently（P〈0.05）,the decline of testosterone was superior to control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Modified Yunpi Huatan Decoction can commendably improve menstruation and level of sex hormone for patients with obese PCOS,can adjust glucose and lipid metabolism efficiently.
