电子束焊机可编程控制器控制系统的设计

摘要 介绍了以欧姆龙CJ1M可编程控制器为核心组成的电子束焊机控制系统,包括人机界面和手摇脉冲发生器等外围设备。控制系统功能:完成抽真空、工作电源通断、工作状态监控等逻辑控制;工作电源设定信号的数模转换和工作电源实时运行参数采样信号的模数转换;人机界面的操作、设定、监控、显示的功能;工作台运动速度及定位控制。分析了可编程控制器控制系统电磁干扰来源,阐述了抑制电磁干扰的软硬件措施。此控制系统应用于THDW系列电子束焊机,具有结构紧凑、运行可靠稳定等优点。 Based on OMRON CJIM programmable logic controller (PLC), an electronic beam welder (EBW) control system is designed. This system includes peripheral devices such as human-machine interface (HMI) and manual pulse generator etc, and has the following functions: performing logic control of vacuum pumping, working powers switching and working status monitoring, etc; DA transforming for powers' given working parameters and AD transforming for sampling powers' real-time working data; HMI operation and display, include working parameters setting and monitoring; working bench moving and positioning control. The electro-magnetic interference source in PLC control system is analyzed and some software and hardware anti-interference measures are discussed. Application in THDW series EBW shows that the suggested system has a compact structure and working reliability.
