摘要
燃料电池城市客车监测系统是一个以VIA C3 Ezra/Eden EBGA mobile CPU芯片为数字核心,基于CAN网络的,具备数据采集、存储、分析、诊断和显示五大功能的混合动力客车监测诊断系统。论文首先确定了整车监测系统采用CAN总线拓扑结构,并分别设计了燃料电池混合动力台架车和燃料电池混合动力4号目标车的CAN网络。然后将整车监测系统分为主系统、通讯系统、显示系统、存储设备等四大系统进行硬件结构的设计,使用了Windows XP Embedded嵌入式操作系统作为软件平台。最后进行了整车监测系统的软件设计,并通过实车运行验证了整车监测系统功能的可靠性。
Monitoring system of FEV (Fuel cell Electric Vehicles) is a CAN networks-based Vehicles,with data acquisition,storage,analysis,diagnosis and shows the five functional hybrid bus monitoring and diagnosis system.First of all the paper identifies the vehicle monitoring system using CAN bus topology,and designs Taijia and the 4th target-vehicle CAN network of FEV.The hardware structure of monitoring system is divided into four parts to design,which are the main sub-systems,communication systems,display systems,storage devices.The paper chooses Windows XP Embedded operating system as an embedded software platform.Finally,the program of the monitoring system is designed and runned through the real vehicle of the vehicle monitoring system to verify the reliability of function.
