摘要
在有限元数值模拟的基础上对超塑胀形圆筒件壁厚分布进行了数值分析。为使模拟结果更接近于实际,文中考虑了应变速率敏感性指数、模具圆角半径、摩擦条件等因素对壁厚的影响,同时比较了正反吹成形和普通凹模成形的零件壁厚分布状况,并对壁厚分布不均匀性及其控制技术进行了探讨。
On the basis of numerical simulation by finite element method, thickness variation of components formed by superplastic blow forming is analyzed numerically. In order to obtain exact results by calculation, various affecting parameters such as strain rate sensitivity index, radius of die and friction condition are considered. Furthermore, a comparison of thickness distribution is made between reverse billowing and conventional female die forming. As a result, the uneven thickness variation and its controlling technique are studied.
