摘要
目的:调查分析某医院麻醉性镇痛药使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:根据医院2004～2008年度麻醉性镇痛药的统计数据,利用限定日剂量方法进行相关计算和分析。结果:麻醉性镇痛药的使用量逐年增长,芬太尼、吗啡和盐酸羟考酮的用量较大。结论:麻醉性镇痛药使用基本合理,相关政策法规和治疗理念对麻醉性镇痛药用量有较明显影响。
Objective： To study the utilization of narcotic analgesics of a hospital for the references of clinical medication. Method： The statistics on the narcotic analgesic drugs in the hospital from 2004 to 2008 were conducted by defined daily dose method. Resuit： The annual consumption of narcotic analgesic drugs in the hospital was increased steadily. Fentanyl, morphine and oxycodone hydroehloride were the leading species. Conclusion ： The medication of narcotic analgesics is basicly rational. Legislation, policies and treatment ideas have a clear effect on consumption of narcotic analgesic drugs.
