摘要
目的:改进百令胶囊中甘露醇和腺苷的含量测定方法。方法:甘露醇的含量测定由醇提取改为水提取,腺苷的含量测定中改进流动相的组成及供试品溶液的制备方法。结果:改进后的含量测定方法能更准确地测定百令胶囊中甘露醇和腺苷的含量。结论:方法简便、易行,可用于百令胶囊的质量控制。
Objective： To improve the determination method of mannitol and adenosine in Bailing Capsules. Method： The content determination method of mannitol was changed from extract with ethanol to extract with water, and the content determination method of adenosine, the mobile phase and preparation of sample solution was improved. Result： The improved method could he used for determi- nation the contents of mannitol and adenosine accurately. Conclusion： The method is simple. It can be used for quality control of Bailing Capsules.
