摘要
从房屋施工质量管理和控制的国内外发展现状出发,对施工阶段的质量控制进行了多视角的分析,得出建筑工程质量呈现多发易发态势,施工阶段的质量控制工作面临着严峻的问题,特别是一些重点区域、关键部位应该引起高度关注和重点防治。
From the general situation about the management and control of construction quality at home and abroad,the problem of quality control during the construction phrase is analyzed from multiple perspectives and the result indicates that quality control work is now facing serious challenges since it tends to have incidents during the construction phrase and we need to pay special attention and take protective measures in advance for the construction of those key areas and essential parts
