摘要 针对客运专线250km/h有砟轨道长达102m、重达140t大号码高速道岔铺设精度要求高的特点,设计、制造了具有配置合理、适用范围广、转场方便、经济实用、操作简便的客运专线有砟轨道高速道岔铺装设备,满足施工需要,保证了原位组装法铺设大号码高速道岔的高精度、高质量与高效率,满足新建铁路时速250km客运专线的要求。 It has a high precision requirement for the laying of the 102m long and 140t heavy large-sized high speed switch designed to the ballast track of the passenger line with a speed of 250km per hour.In the light of which,we have designed and manufactured a whole set of laying equipment that is reasonable in distribution,wide in application scope,convenient in movement,economical in practice and convenient in operation.The equipment fulfills all the construction requirements for it can assure the in-place assembly and laying of the large-sized high speed switch with high precision,quality and efficiency.
