In this paper, it is briefly described the current situations of seamless tube industry after high speed development in China, and analysed the current market situations combining with its own laws of development and recent international and domestic economical operation situations. The buyer＇s market of supply over demand is difficult to reverse in a short term. As a result, following market trend closely, improving concentration ratio, cultivating independent innovation capacity of enterprises, implementing strategies of diversity competition, satisfying requirements of added values for consumers, and establishing brand superiorities are the inevitable choices for seamless tube industry to achieve the sustainable development.
