摘要
生物质发电是利用可再生能源的绿色发电技术,在很多方面都优于传统的燃煤发电方式。我国生物质发电技术的应用尚处于起步阶段,还有很多需要克服的困难,从各个方面对生物质发电起步阶段企业和政府的成本-收益进行分析,认为要使更多的电力企业在火力发电过程中利用生物质燃料,政府必须在政策上加大扶持力度。
Generation of electricity from biomass which utilizes green technologies is prior to traditional ways of Electric Power generation.It is only recently that such kind of technologies are began to be used in China.Therefore,there are many difficulties to be overcome.This paper analyses costs and benefits of both firms and the government from several aspects and concludes that more policies should be made and enforced in order to encourage more electric power firms to use biomass as their fuels.
