论述了继电保护、稳定措施，监测装置等二次设备为湖北电网保持安全稳定运行的作用，并介绍它们发展过程的特点。
The secondary equipment's role on the safe and stable operation of Hubei electric power network are discussed such as relay protection,stable measures and monitoring devices etc.The characters of the equipment's developing process are also introduced.
