摘要
在金融危机与国际市场动荡因素影响下,广东省外源性经济面临外部转型压力。广东省以国家新型工业化战略为导向,在省内同步推进"双转移"战略与构建现代产业体系,促进外源性经济转型。与此同时,广东省通过参与多层次区域合作,整合内外资源与内外市场,以内引外连与内外联动方式推动外源性经济转型与区域经济协调发展。
Under the condition of financial crisis and intemational market turbulence, the exogenous economy of Guangdong Province is confronted with external pressure for transition. Follow the guidance of China＇ s new industrialization strategy, Guangdong is carrying out the Bi-Transfer strate- gy and building a modem industrial system, so as to push the transition of exogenous economy. Meanwhile, Guangdong is promoting the transition of exogenous economy and the coordinating development of regional economy through participation in multi-level regional cooperation, integrating resources and markets inside and outside.
