摘要
随着上海世博工程中高级计量体系的应用,作为智能电网建设的重要组成部分,高级计量的作用正越来越被人们所关注。针对高级计量在线监测技术,结合实际工作经验,研究基于用电信息采集系统的高级计量的在线监测方法,作为用电信息采集系统高级功能应用的一部分,尝试将部分在线监测方法在上海世博园智能电网综合示范工程中加以实现,使实时远程用户及智能电能计量装置状态监测为了可能,打破了以往现场定期检修的工作模式,大大节约了大量的人力、物力,取得了一定的成果。
As an important component of the smart grid construction,the role of advanced metering has attracted more and more public attentions with its application in the Shanghai World Expo projects.Aiming at the advanced metering technology for monitoring online and combining with practical work experience,the advanced metering method was studied for monitoring online based on the electricity information collection system.As part of the advanced function of the electricity information collection system,partial function of the online monitoring method was tried to be realized in the comprehensive demonstration project of the smart grid in the Shanghai World Expo Park.The real time remote user and the state monitoring of the smart electric energy measurement device become to be possible,and the previous regular overhauling work mode was broken through,which greatly economized the manpower and the material.Some achievements were obtained.
