摘要磁共振成像（ＭＲＩ）在胸部疾病的诊断应用中，已积累了很多经验，但由于技术上的局限性，ＭＲＩ在胸部的应用不如ＣＴ普遍。本文详细讨论了肺癌、纵隔肿块、心包、大血管、臂丛等胸部病变的ＭＲＩ诊断价值与限度，及其与ＣＴ等影像技术的综合比较；
