摘要
图书馆社会地位、群体形象和职业声望呈下滑趋势,证实了图书馆服务能力危机确已存在。能力危机阻碍了图书馆发展,化解刻不容缓。图书馆作为一个能力体,其基本要素是知识与资源,因而化解图书馆能力危机的基本武器就是图书馆资源与知识。服务创新能打破知识与资源间的平衡,维系知识与资源间"非平衡态",产生知识势差,造成图书馆组织学习压力,加速图书馆组织学习。
The declining of the social status,group images and occupational prestige of the libraries attests the existence of the crisis of the library service capability.It is crucial to defuse the crisis without delay for the capability crisis greatly affects the development of the libraries.As a capability unit,the basic elements of the libraries are knowledge and resources,so the key to defuse the crisis lies in the library resources and knowledge.Service innovation can undermine the balance between knowledge and resources,to maintain their ＂non-equilibrium state＂,and to generate knowledge potentiality,thus creating the pressure on the library organizational learning and accelerating the library organizational learning.
