红毛里II号桥施工线形控制及精度分析 被引量:1

Precision analysis and line control of the Hongmaoli II bridge under construction

摘要 以罗宁高速公路红毛里II号大桥施工控制为背景,结合设计要求和有限元计算分析,提出了箱梁线形控制的理论值.通过监测主桥箱梁各施工节段的主要控制参数,得到了线形的实际值,并通过对箱梁线形的监测误差分析来调整箱梁的线形变化趋势,分析影响精度原因,保证桥梁合拢精度.结果表明:红毛里II号大桥线形控制符合施工监控要求,成桥后连续刚构箱梁线形符合设计及施工控制要求. In this paper,the construction control of the Hongmaoli II bridge,located in the LuoNing Expressway Line,was selected as the engineering background. Firstly,combined with design requirements and the finite element analysis,the box girder linear control theory values were proposed. Secondly,the measured linear values were then obtained from the filed measurement of the main control parameters of the main box girder segment under the construction. Finally,the box girder linear error analysis was conducted to adjust the linear trend and to ensure the bridge erection accuracy. The results from field measurement and analysis showed that the linear control of Hongmaoli II bridge under construction are compatible with the bridge construction monitoring requirements,and the linear after the bridge completed also meet design and construction control requirements.
