摘要
分析了现行区域控制误差(ACE)的不足之处。介绍了动态ACE的计算方法和物理意义。目前的动态ACE仅缓解了互联电网外受直流和各区域内机组大功率缺失对电网频率控制造成的影响,因此,提出并分析了考虑跨区送电机组跳闸和联络线越限约束的动态ACE的改进方法及其与控制性能标准(CPS)、扰动控制标准(DCS)的结合运用,为完善互联电网频率控制体系提供了可能的途径。
The drawback of current area control error (ACE) is analyzed. The computation method and physical interpretation of dynamic ACE are introduced. Whereas,the current dynamic ACE only mitigates the effect of heavy HVDC and inner-area generator power lose on frequency control. Furthermore,the improvement of dynamic ACE is proposed in terms of large capacity cross-area generating set power lose and tie line constraint. The combined application of dynamic ACE,CPS and DCS is also presented. It provides a possible approach for frequency control of an interconnected power system.
