摘要
本研究应用股骨颈骨折多针固定的模型，对影响其稳定性的若干因素进行了分析，得出了复位后能维持骨折端稳定性的极限荷载和许用荷载，阐明了多封固定的力学原理．
This paper discussed the several factor of the influenced stability of the fracture, gave the limit loadand permissoble load on fixed stability, and compared with the experiment, the formal in theconvenient in the personal computer.
