摘要
以氯仿－甲醇－乙酸乙酯－水（１４∶６∶３∶１）为展开剂，双波长薄层扫描法测定舒康膏中葛根素的含量。工作曲线在０．５～１２．０μｇ范围呈线性关系，平均回收率为９９．２６％，ＲＳＤ＝１３８％。
The puerarin in Shukang Gao was determinated by quantitative TLC technique, with the chloroform methanol ethyl acetate water (14∶6∶3∶1) as a developing solvent. The results showed that there was a good linearity in the range of 0.5～12 0μg of puerarin, The average recovery was 99.26%,RSD=1.29(n=5).
