前段玻璃体视网膜疾病的超声生物显微镜检查 被引量:5

摘要 为探讨超声生物显微镜(UBM)对前段玻璃体视网膜疾病的诊断价值。用UBM检查39例40眼,并与临床检查、B型超声波检查及手术中观察结合起来,综合评价UBM单项检查的客观性。结果:UBM能良好地显示从角膜到赤道部的眼前段结构,发现视网膜脱离26眼,视网膜环形收缩17眼,视网膜前移位14眼,玻璃体混浊或机化37眼,睫状体或脉络膜脱离18眼,睫状体上皮脱离3眼,巩膜穿刺孔处增殖5眼,眼内肿瘤样改变3眼,硅油周增殖8眼和硅油乳化4眼。结论:UBM能客观的反应并记录前段玻璃体视网膜疾病的改变,对前段玻璃体视网膜疾病能起到诊断和鉴别诊断、指导治疗。 urpose:To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound biomicroscopy(UBM) in anterior segment vitreoretinal disorders(ASVD).Methods:40 eyes of 39 sequential patients were examined with UBM.The ultrasound biomicroscopic images were compared with the results of clinic examination,B-scan ultrasonography and the finding during surgery to evaluate the reliability of UBM for ASVD.Results:UBM allows structural details of the conjunctiva,rectus muscle,sclera,uvea,retina and vitreous to be visualized at microscopic resolution in living eye.The area of UBM may cover from cornea to ora serrata,partially to the equator of eye.A variety of the changes of ASVD were imaged in 40 eyes,including retinal detachment in 26,retinal circumferential contraction in 17,retinal anterior displacement in 14,vitreous opacities in 37,ciliary or choroidal detachment in 18,ciliary epithelial detachment in 3,proliferative tissue at the sclerotomy site in 5,intraocular neoplasm in 3,proliferation of peripheral silicone oil in 8 and silicone oil emulsification in 4,respectively.Conclusions:Ourstudies showed the feasibility of UBM for ASVD not visible by current techniques.UBM can be use for the diagnoses,the instructive treatments and the prognostic indication of ASVD.
