摘要
针对山东省棕壤丘陵区土壤养分的特点,研究了无机肥、有机肥及有机无机配施对文冠果生长和土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:施肥能明显提高文冠果叶绿素含量,而对文冠果树高影响不显著,有机无机配施能显著增加文冠果地径。施用有机肥、有机无机配施均能够显著提高土壤过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶的活性;单施无机肥抑制土壤过氧化氢酶和脲酶的活性,增强土壤蔗糖酶活性,但对酸性磷酸酶活性影响不明显。
This paper studied the effects of application of inorganic fertilizer,organic fertilizer and organic-inorganic fertilizer mixed in different level on the growth of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge and soil enzyme activities,on the condition of the characteristics of brown soil nutrients in hilly region of Shandong.The results showed that:the chlorophyll was significantly increased by applying fertilizers,but there is no obvious effect on the plant height;the base diameter was significantly increased by the application of organic-inorganic fertilizer mixed in different level.The activity of hydrogen peroxidase,invertase,urease and acid phosphatase were improved significantly by applying organic fertilizer (M) and organic-inorganic fertilizer mixed in different level (MN1P1K1,MN2P2K2);the application of inorganic fertilizer treatment showed that the activity of hydrogen peroxidase and urease was inhibited,while the activity of invertase was improved,and the activity of acid phosphatase had no obvious change.
