摘要
采用一种特殊的工艺设计方法及生产加工路线,研制羊绒精纺花式纱线。主要针对花式并条机分段牵伸并重新搭接后破坏羊绒条条干问题,通过筛选重要参数,并采用正交试验的方式寻找控制纱线条干CV值的主要因素,试验结果表明:搭接长度和主牵伸是影响条干CV值的显著因素,辅条隔距和前隔距是次要因素。通过试验确定A2B2C3D1为最佳工艺路线。采用该技术,并结合纱线外观及色彩设计,可以形成独特的纱线外观,并具有工艺多变性、多彩混合性和难以模仿的特点。
Worsted fancy yarns are processed through a particular design method and processing route.A set of fancy yarn drawing processing procedures is developed to find out the main affective factors by orthogonal test on how to control strip evenness which are damaged after drawn during the fancy drawing processes.The conclusions are that the lap length and the main draft are remarkable factors,the gauge of assisted strip and the first gauge are the secondary factors which influence yarns evenness.Through those experiments we get the conclusion that A2B2C3D1 is the best processing.Using this technology and combining with yarns appearance,color designation,we can produce a distinctive appearance yarns which have characteristics such as multiple color combination and hard-to-imitate and so on.
