摘要
为比较消化性溃疡与胃癌的发生特点，分析本院近五年来３８３３例消化性溃疡与１２６０例胃癌在性别、年龄及病灶部位特点。结果显示，消化性溃疡平均发病年龄较胃癌早（Ｐ＜０．０５）；在十二指肠溃疡为癌的６７０倍；胃角溃疡占胃溃疡的４０．１％，而胃角癌仅占胃癌的５．３％；幽门溃疡占胃溃疡的１５．０％；而幽门癌仅占胃癌的１．４％。同法比较，贲门癌高于贲门溃疡；胃体癌又高于胃体溃疡。提示消化性溃疡好发部位为癌的少发部位，反之亦然。三者均有显著差异。
The aim of this study was to compare the clinical characteristics between peptic ulcer and gastric carcinoma.3,833 cases of peptic ulcer and 1,260 cases of gastric carcinoma in Fujian Province Hospital during 1991～1995 were analyzed to study their age,sex ,and topological characteristics.Results disclosed that the mean age of patients with duodenal ulcer(DU)was 41 years,that with gastric ulcer(GU)was 49 and with gastric carcinoma (GC)58 years.The ratio of male to female in DU being 30∶1,in GU 51∶1 and in GC 31∶1.The incidence of DU:GU maintained 16∶1,DU occurred 670 times as many as duodenal cancer which was seen in only 3 instances.401% of gastric ulcers situated at gastric angle,while only 53% of gastric cancers located there;150% of GUs and 14% of GCs were found close to pylorus.As to lesions near cardia,carcinomas accounted for 296% of GC and 24% of GU.Concerning gastric body,330% of GCs and 166% of GUs sited thereabout,suggesting that the site favorable to GU would be unfavorable to GC and vice versa,thereby the pathogenesis of DU,GU and GC appeared quite different.
