摘要
对４５例（４５眼）视神经间接损伤患者行眼底荧光血管造影（ｆｕｎｄｕｓｆｌｕｏｒｅｓｃｅｎｃｅａｎｇｉｏｇｒａｐｈｙ，ＦＦＡ）并结合临床进行分析。发现ＦＦＡ表现主要为三种情况：多发的片状背景荧光充盈迟缓、视乳头弱荧光以及正常眼底荧光图象。早期适当的治疗和ＦＦＡ的变化与预后密切相关。ＦＦＡ能反映视神经组织损伤的情况。
undus fluorescence angiography(FFA)of 45 eyes with indirect injury of the optic nerve was analyzed.The main FFA findings include choroidal filling lalely;optic disc mild fluorescein and normal fundus fluorescein.Early correct treatment and FFA appearence is correlated with prognosis.These results indicate FFA values in the diagnosis of optic nerve injury,inducting treatment and expecting prognosis.
