摘要
目的:探讨多发性肌炎患者住院期间的健康教育。方法:将20例在我科住院的多发性肌炎患者纳入健康教育组,将20例在门诊就诊的患者纳入对照组(非健康教育组)。结果:在随诊治疗过程中健康教育组仅3例复发,对照组13例不能遵医嘱服药,自行减药或停药导致复发住院。结论:做好多发性肌炎患者的健康教育对提高其生活质量,减少复发,预后均有重要意义。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of health education on inpatients with polymyositis.Methods ：20 cases of inpatients were enrolled into study group,and 20 cases of outpatients into control group.ResultS：During follow-up,3 cases from study group relapsed,while 13 cases from control group relapsed due to poor compliance.Conclusion ： It is good for improving their prognosis to carry out health education.
